Studio Visits
Visits to my studio in Cave Creek, Arizona, USA ( adjacent to Scottdale) normally  can be made by appointment either by email raytweedie1955@gmail.com or by phone 1 480 261 9925.

Pricing & Availability

Most items include insured shipping anywhere in the world. 

All prices on this website are in United States Dollars and do not include any applicable taxes, customs duties or other fees.

 When you place your order or commission you will be informed of the likely delivery date. Transit times vary; however within the USA shipping time is usually 4 - 7 days; overseas we use airfreight services so subject to any possible delays in customs shipping time is  7 - 10 days.  If any client wishes we can use faster expedited services.

 All goods are professionally packed, sent fully insured, tracked, and require a signature on delivery.

 On International shipments we will fulfil all our legal requirements so a customs declaration and all necessary documentation will accompany your shipment.

We cannot accept any responsibility for additional customs taxes, duties or any other fees upon your shipment's arrival to your country.

 Whilst we do sell online, we encourage you to contact us with any queries or comments.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your sculpture, you may return it in perfect condition within 7 days for a full refund. Shipping and insurance will be at your expense.

Sculptures that have been customised or commissioned are not able to be returned.

 I ask that you sign for and check all goods on receipt as I cannot be held responsible once the chain of custody is broken.

 Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your order.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Any information you give will remain private and will not be provided to another party.

I will need information from you, such as your name, address and contact details. This personal information is used only by me to respond to your inquiry or process an order.

Disclosure
I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so or if you violate my Terms of Service.

Restrictions on Use

My artwork and images of thereof are owned by J. Anne Butler and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way in any material.

  Further Information

All sculptures are created by English sculptor, J. Anne Butler in the style for which she is renowned.

All limited editions come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, and we can offer a professional appraisal of value for insurance purposes.

Every bronze is a unique work of art in that patina colours can never be duplicated exactly.

The artist offers custom patinas and custom bases.

The right is reserved to take an artist's or foundry proof as deemed appropriate.

 

Order Arrangements / Payments Terms.

Trophies/Special Presentation Pieces - Full payment with order.

Bronzes that are in inventory on hand now - Full payment is expected with order.

Where a bronze sculpture is not immediately available or is a special order a deposit of 50% is customary with the balance on completion at the foundry.

Pre-Cast means that the client orders the bronze whilst it is in the sculpting stage before the first one is cast at the foundry. The client is simply buying ahead of time and receives a discounted price. The client also can become involved in their own choice of patina and base. A minimum deposit of 50% is expected with the balance on completion, prior to shipping.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Orders within USA the artist accepts most forms of payment including major credit cards & Paypal. 

Overseas Orders - Bank Wire transfers usually required. Paypal may be accepted for some lower priced items. 

When an order is placed the client will be informed of the likely delivery date.

The price of limited-edition bronzes rise as an edition sells out.

Prices do not include shipping, any applicable taxes or customs duty.

All price quotations including shipping costs are valid for 30 days - thereafter they may be subject to change.

All outstanding invoices will incur interest of 5 % per month.
